A prismatic view on time, society and design.
What is time? What has time to do with society? How are time structures formed and of what kind is the influence of design on this corelations? And what is design in this context anyway?
This thesis looks at different aspects of time, society and design, like entertainment, trend, waiting, work, real time and some more, to maybe get to an enlightenment about this topics by merging different point of views. It was written under the intelligent influence of Prof. Michael Erlhoff – and for that cirumstance I'm really thankful.
The Thesis has been published as paperback by VDM Verlag under the title “Zeit, Gesellschaft und Design” and is available here via amazon.de. This version again is only available in german. The ISBN is 978-3836413466.
